Good food, service with a smile and a great band , definitely 5 out of 5

First time trying this spot. Wanted to support the new local business. Got the Banh Mi Shaky Beef. It wasn't bad. Beef was mostly tender, couple chewy pieces, good flavor. Definitely needed more veggies, very minimal on the pickled veggies cilantro. Couple skinny slices of pepper. I've never had a banh mi where you unwrap it and you cannot see anything hanging out. Looked like all bread. I had to re-toast it once I got home to get that nice crunch. Would I get another banh mi there? Probably not. For $11-$12, I'm expecting a lot more sandwich overall than barely 6 inches of banh mi that I got. Will try something else next time.Food aside, it's in a plaza, so plenty of parking. I came in around 10 pm and it was lively. Several large parties still enjoying themselves while one person was singing their heart out (karaoke).Service was OK. Had to wait a few min. Both guys were busy behind the bar, but it still baffles me when customers go unacknowledged. As in, I didn't walk straight in and stand by the bar to enjoy the singing. At least greet the customer or say something to acknowledge their existence, even if you're busy. I don't mind waiting, but at least say something to me. (Sorry, total pet peeve.)Overall, its worth another visit.

We've been to this restaurant a few times. We love the food and service everytime.
