Bidrage med feedbackWe had 7 courses and a few intermediates that I think (we count lost) and all were brilliant introductions to a regional kitchen, with modern adjustments that made sense all the way away. the wine pairing was regional and sent out of the sky. when in aschaffenburg then at least. an evening in oechsle!
Smartes and attractive restaurant more expensive than many in the old town, but good food and attentive service. only open on Tuesday to Saturday. I think the booking would be advisable
Very nice eating, I had a typical regional sour roast (sort of stew,) that reminded me of the kitchen of my oma, fabulous! the service was initially very inconspicuous, it took 10 minutes and a request to get the waiter on our table. they made it on...with a recommendation for our design with a food allergy.
This time I tested new fish dishes. a few new dresses. I really liked that. the place is wonderful, really gourmet but without extreme . you must try suppen as appetizers.
We went to this restaurant after a family event. The appearance is wonderful. The ground flour and the basement are aestatically redesigned. In spite of the old frame house windows the main rooms is light-flooded and looks really modern. The staff is friendly and polite....Also the variation of the food is great and changes with every season. Furthermore there are some special events like a lobster evening. The only negative thing is that sometimes staff was overstrained by the amount of people. Overall we had a great experience.
