Red Palace 2 - Artesia

Good food, decent service and good atmosphere. The price is right although sometimes the wait is a bit long but well worth it. It's not dress up and go to GEN's, it's more like I just want to eat. Best way I can describe it.Parking: Big shopping center with good parking.

Expensive and they force you to leave tip even if is only 2 people eating. Plus restrooms are unsanitary.Food: 2/5

This used to be my go-to for many years until i had an upsetting experience with them. It was my husband and i and our 2 year old we went had good service and then payed the bill. i usually pay cash for tip bc i know thats easier for servers so as im walking away from our table towards the front door to head out and tip our server in hand i see shes running at me reciept in hand saying i didnt tip her. i looked at her with the cash in my hand like are you serious? she was gonna chase me out the door bc she thought i wasnt going to tip. i was very disappointed with her actions so i told her i was going to tip her but not anymore so we left and we have never stepped foot there ever again.

Great service, great food and the waiting times are nothing compared to other spots around here. I highly recommend :)Food: 5/5

Delicious brisket and price is just right for today's prices $20 per person . They do charge automatic gratuity at the end 18% so be sure to check the receipt to decide if you will be tipping more. Their red sauce quality has gone down on this last visit; the sauce had a more watery consistency, possibly to save on cost. Either way, delicious food and courteous service with room for improvements.
