Taco Cabana - Arlington

Customer service is terrible. Ordering a Mexican pizza on 2/6/2023. The bowls were so bad and old. I asked for my money back. It was said to come back tomorrow to get my $6. Returned the next day. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for my $6 dollars. Will never go back.

What time is your dining room at this point? We moved to the parking lot at 19:30, parked our vehicle and I watched a lady who went to the entrance door, I told my husband go check to make sure that they didn't lock the door, he left and checked and safe enough the door was locked. Your people should not feel customers as unwanted guests or businesses.

I can't say anything about it except that we came to the din at 9:09 and the doors were closed. Sign shows clearly, open until 10:00.

Taco Cabana is El Magnifico. I definitely recommend it to all you Tex Mex connoisseurs and fans of good fresh quality meals. The visit is worth it. Yummy! Food: 5/5

The food was good and service was okay. AC did not work, cleanliness could use some work, overall feels neglected. Awkward dine-in experience. Had to walk around to front as what appeared to be the entrance door was locked.Food: 4/5
