We found out about Sfoglina from searching Michelin Bib Gourmand awardees online. Bib Gourmand is the Michelin award that emphasizes ?value for money? award and that great food doesn?t have to come with a hefty price tag! We were in. Delicious. Portions could have been larger. The pasta with smoked mozzarella was flavorful and filling. Highly recommend the warm rosemary bread appetizer with whipped ricotta. Tiramisu is delicious. Good service. It was a little loud where we were sitting, but a nice atmosphere.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for pasta lovers! My party and I visited on Sunday evening with reservations and were promptly seated. The interior of the restaurant is charming and has a romantic ambiance. The service we received was top-notch. We decided to try the "Pasta Tasting of 3" to sample a variety of pasta dishes: Pappardelle, Spirulina Garganelli Vongole, and Squid Ink Paccheri. Our favorite was the Squid Ink Paccheri, although the other two dishes were a bit too citrusy for our taste. All three servings were generously sized. Overall, we had a great experience.

Maddie was our waiter and she was very nice and knowledgable about the food. She helped my friend replace her salad's dressing. The salad originally had too much blue cheese. The chery dressing was awesome and fresh. It got a little cold inside at dinner.

Simply wonderful. Me and a buddy did the pasta experience and while very intimate for two friends in can hold up to six and the experience made it all worth while. We had a great conversation over wonderful food. This is a new concept they are trying and the Rosslyn team is nailing it. Go today and try their pasta experience.
