There were penne noodles found in the rice bowl. Over half the chicken was so over cooked it couldnt be eaten.
The only thing I ordered was the Santa Fe Salad. It was missing the avocado and the ranch dressing and didnt have much pico on it. The salad costs over $17, so to skimp or be missing almost half the ingredients is frustrating. Basically I have a lot of dry lettuce and tortilla strips with some grilled chicken on it.
Chili?s is consistently good. That?s why I love it. You can eat at a Chili?s anywhere and get good food. Service at this location is good. Not always the fastest but they are very nice, professional it?s not because they aren?t trying it?s becausethere busy!
My food came out different than what I had ordered so I sent it back with the food runner. Our server didn't realize I had sent my plate back because he hadn't checked to see if everything was ok with our meals. Once hebdid get to the table he asked theguy I was with if he needed a to-go box for his food. I piped up and said I would like my food in general. Needless to say afterwaiting another 45min after sending my food back when I received my plate it was not hot and appeared to have been sitting underthe heat lamp for quite sometime before it reached my table again. By this point I was so hungry I ate a couple bites and putthe rest in a to-go box. I was only in your town for 2 nights because I drove a tow truck down from Cocoa to assist my boyfriendwith hurricane recovery and clean up but you can rest assured that I will in no way return to this particular Chili's in thefuture.
