Gingerootz Asian Grille - Appleton

Don’t know if there’s a new owner… I’ve been going to this restaurant for years and this was not the good food I’d come to expect. My pad Thai was made with the wrong noodles, it is however much more flavorful than most Thai places around here. My sister ordered the chicken salad (I know… at an Asian restaurant), it was terrible. It was not spring mix as described, but a heaping portion of completely unseasoned chicken over a bed of iceberg lettuce and pink tomatoes. The waitress was nice and brought us spring rolls because the kitchen took a bit to prepare our food, but the spring rolls were worse than the salad!

We have been coming here as our new favorite Chinese restaurant. There is nothing we have had that wasn’t delicious.

I've been going here for years and it's always been very good! I hope they put sushi back on the menu someday. They only have one role under the appetizers.

Love this place! Revision: Still love this place! My wife and I have been going to Gingerootz for over 12 years and have always loved it. There have only been a couple of times where we weren't blown away. Tonight was one of those nights, however, nobody is perfect. It is how you respond to a mistake or subpar quality that makes a difference. You have more than made up for it with us and we are looking forward to coming back again!
