Arby's - Apple Valley

I love the jalapeños but they were not fresh at this location on the 2 occasions that I went here.

The man working the drive thru has no clue how to talk to customers. He doesn?t let you know that he got or understood your order, just dead silence we have to as if he?s still there. Sad part is I think he?s a manager. Let?s freshen up on ourcommunication skills, please!

Place was clean food was good but the had no straws. Needs to learn to order properly.

I have been an Arby's customer since the 60s and still love it today. This morning I arrived as soon as they opened. Maria was very polite as always. She, and all the staff were working very hard cleaning and servicing customers. Everything was spotlessand nice. Always a great atmosphere, and of course great food????. It is very difficult in today's work force to find hardworking conscientious employees that really care. Especially having to deal with today's customers, who are not always politethemselves. A big shout out to Arby's of Apple Valley ????

I was incredibly impressed with the hard work and dedication of the staff at the restaurant on the evening of December 21, 2023. I requested a Good Burger sandwich cooked well-done due to health concerns, and the kitchen staff exceeded my expectations with a perfectly cooked and delicious meal. Thank you to the team for preparing my order exactly as I requested. Excellent job!
