Panera Bread - Antioch

This is the store closest to me so I usually go there , but they?re very slow despite having full staff. They also turned off the ability to order ahead just so they can close an hour earlier, not very professional.

The place always has lots of dirty dishes on the table and the floor always has lots of crumbs and trash. The salad if you look closely some of the greens are already bad. Hard to tell when salad is all mixed in specially with the dressing so becareful and check as not to get sick. Tables and chair (the ones we sit on) are sticky Just a bit disappointed with the storecondition and cleanliness and food quality.

Waited curbside for almost 10 minutes after receiving confirmation that my order was ready. Didn?t receive my drink and had to drive all the way back only for the drink to be unavailable. The drink I did end up getting tastes moldy. This was the laststraw for me I won?t be returning to this location again.

There are obvious problems with keeping the customer area neat and functional. Some of the self-service terminals did not work, one of them was missing, all of them had no transponders, the rug at the drinks counter looked like it was brought from agarbage dump, some benches had ripped top, there were no lids for large cups. The employee, instead of giving me a transponder,said they would call me by name. My order was already ready and stood at the counter and no one called me. On the whole, wecan conclude that the management is either absent here, or does not cope with its duties. But they do not forget to raiseprices!

Quick and friendly service every time I order to go from here. Chicken Cobb salad is to die for and perfect for those wanting something a little more healthy and full of greens and protein. Tuna sandwich is always on point as well. I also occasionallyget soup and chocolate chip cookies and love them. Great job Panera of Antioch!
