TERRIBLE service!! Under New Mngmt THEY don't care about their food , yucky won't B back. OLD MNGMNT TOOK CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, THIS NEW ONE SAYS THEY DONT HAVE TIME!! GOOD LUCK TO WHOEVER GOES THEIR ,YOULL NEED IT

My clients love pizza, so we go to a lot of different Mountain Mike's around the East Bay, and this one is ok, maybe it depends on the time, but the customer service was mediocre, like not friendly, but the food was decent. I would recommend the one in Pittsburg or the one on across the street from the Antioch mall next to BMO. It could've just been the staff too, cause we've gotten dinner from here and it was bomb, so imagine my shock going in for their lunch buffet!

The several times that I've gone here, there is a smell of must. From being in the food service in my younger years, I recognize an old mop when I smell it. It is as simple as changing the mop and not just the water. The salad bar is old, the food is not like of other mountain mike'
