Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Ann Arbor

It was really good. My daughter and I went to dinner and we loved it. We all have the bacon cheese burger with garlic fries. The fries were fresh and so were the burgers. Our waitress was very nice and polite. I went there for the Clam-Chowder and was sad that it was no longer on the menu that suck but the great service and burger for them. You have shortened the menu (I guess since COVID), but there are still a good amount of options to choose from.

I have the hearty smokehouse castle. Good food. I never had bad service in any of the facilities. The waitress was great. The place was clean. Burgers and app selection were expansive without being overwhelming. One of my favorite Burgerspots.

In the pouring rain, no one who supports a handicap person in a wheelchair and my sister. They sat on the back behind the bar and then ignored us 2 servers. Our food was great until we ordered Dessert. Our order was wrong and the cake was so hard that you could bang it on the table. This place is not wheelchair accessible and the service was terrible. For $30 a person should have a burger place fantastic service!

This is a great place to dine at if you are planning to shop at Briarwood Mall. Great food, friendly staff, clean, I mean what else could you ask for? Enjoy. They do have a Statue of Liberty replica holding a burger; never noticed that while working until one day. Have a great time. Shoutout to my former coworker, Latoya or ?Toy? who like all the rest does an amazing job.
