Food is great, customer service is great and the restaurant is clean i have no complaints about Banditos

Best place to sit and down and eat, food is outstanding!

The best part of this restaurant is the decor. The owner is not friendly but our server was polite, that’s the reason for the 3 stars. The food was absolutely terrible, lacked flavor and mostly consisted of pinto beans when we ordered beef plates. The chicken was out of a can, the rice out of a box, and the pinto beans also out of a can. I never wish for businesses to fail, but this place could be replaced by someone who knows the basics of seasoning food. Don’t waste your time or money!

I give this place a 3 star for several reasons. My family came in today for the first time. Could have been 2 stars if not for some saving graces. The atmosphere and environment is 5 star, they truly go all out on the props and authentic music. The bathrooms were very clean, 5 stars as well. That's where it goes downhill. They have NO kids menu, so expect to pay full adult menu price for a simple cheese in tortilla. Not kid friendly at all. Secondly, our waiter was fairly rude from the get go. He did not say anything but was pushy and you could tell he had an attitude with us, maybe because we brought our kids? I don't know, in any case, the food was also okay...3 stars at best on the food. My wife and I ordered the chimichangas and they were not great, and we've had them at 4-5 other Mexican restaurants. Last, the banditos house margarita was pretty basic and smaller margarita glass than most restaurants for the price. I make the same margaritas at home that taste way better, with the jose gold, grand mariner, and store bought margarita mix.... Nothing fancy there and yet mine still taste better as an amateur.... So no, not impressed on the margarita either, 2 stars there. I've had really good margaritas at other Mexican restaurants for the same price and larger portions, so it's not even a high bar for my expectations. Overall 2 stars, but the atmosphere and clean bathrooms bump it up to 3 stars. Don't bring kids unless you wish to pay adult menu prices.

Great Food! The staff was patient with our group. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We will be back.
