Bidrage med feedbackWe have found a piece as it looks like mulch or stoned chicken in our sandwich. when we went to the load to advise the manager and ask for an ersatz, the general manager todd was extremely rude and disgusting. we work in the food industry and understand mistakes happen, but this was a contaminate that the load should know. Instead, we were treated very badly as another customer who complained. the problem is still not solved after you have to demand a full refund due to the complete unprofessionality of the manager and jealousy to ignore the problem and leave it as no big thing. will not eat here again.
Dreadful! portions are smaller and other places where we have eaten. kitchen staff really didn't care that they care to make fun clating.
My little family has Covid right now. My mother-in-law ordered Panera for us for dinner and had it delivered. I was so grateful because neither my husband or I had the strength to make anything. When we got it it was delivered no contact so I didn’t have to stress about spreading sickness and when we ate it the word that kept coming to mind was “exceptional”.We got the Mac and cheese, bread, and chicken noodle soup. The kids are asking for it again.
The new chicken sandwich that is advertised on tv is a lot smaller than shown on tv. It is at least half the size in the ad!! Very deceptive!
I have visited the restaurant several times before 8am, but their frozen cold brew is not available because they do not have enough staff to make the pre-mix. The manager informed me that it is inconsistent whether it is available in the mornings. I have experienced long wait times of 20+ minutes in the drive-thru for a single breakfast sandwich, and had similar experiences at the Panera on Delaware Ave. I would recommend avoiding both Panera locations in Ankeny as it seems the management is lacking.
