Services was of high quality. Place is very well managed, cleaned. Cosy, nice place. Staff was excellent and did gave a very nice representation of what Ben Florentine is in general. Thank You ????

First time I've left a brunch place hungry. Eggs and bacon were not fully cooked, I had maybe 10-15 pieces of their famous potatoes. Did not dare to complain as I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for the food to get back to me. The wait staff isthe only +1

1 star for a great hostess 1 star for good food -3 stars for the girl who took 30 min to take our ordes she literally took and entire section worth of orders for people who sat after us and cleaned all the other tables before coming to us took our orderswith a smile an was sorry for forgetting about our drinks??? (we were already served drinks by the nice hostess who noticed thepredicament) and the final was just another 20 min awaiting for a bill who never came... So we ended up getting up and awaitedfor her near the machines Thanks for the food but the service ..

Just had breakfast here again, friendly staff and food is generally good, today was an exception and bacon was raw and eggs over cooked. As others have mentioned they are not the quickest at this location staff shortages impact this and most otherrestaurants in this area) they actually have a sign up when you come in to tell you it may take a while. Enough servers, butkitchen staff seems to be slower than other breakfast places. Not sure if it is because I have been eating lately more at AlloMon Coco, but I noticed portions are definitely smaller at B&F and today was not very good. The only thing I consistently likeat B&F is the brand of rye they use, always fresh, good size and great texture.
