Pizza Hut - Anchorage

Placed an online order with this location recently and 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I got a call from someone a few streets down saying that our pizza was dropped off outside their door and the driver has already left. I spent over an hour trying to call the store and even tried calling their call center and having me transferred to the store that way but no matter what it would ring for a couple of minutes and then disconnect. Ended up getting a ride to the store and they tried to say they delivered to the right house (it was the same street number but a completely different street) and wanted to remake the pizzas over 2 hours had passed at this point since we were supposed to get our pizza so I had asked for a refund. After looking back on my bank statement today I realized that they kept about $8 of my money...the exact amount of the tip on the order for a driver who delivered to the wrong house for a pizza that I never got. I will never order from this store again.

Ordered online big dinner box entered my info and deliver method as drop off at door. 1 hour later still nothing called and it took 20 minutes before I got my awnser and it was I have to come pick it up in person after I put delivery and PAID A DELIVERY FEE AND DIVER TIP. The pizza looked almost inedible and was falling apart the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way

If you haven’t been to this Pizza Hut location on Boniface in a while- definitely come back! When we first moved here mid summer 2021- we were homesick for Pizza Hut and this location was def going thru some changeover at the time. I can tell you- consistency is key (gave them 5 stars 3 months ago and my review hasn’t changed! and this location is consistently excellent in cheap eats and customer service! Faith was awesome! She helped me at the register for my carryout order- made sure I checked that everything was good before I left- the food was fresh and looked great- was even better when I finally got to try it when I got home! I am on a super restricted diet so this was definitely worth the cheat meal! The chicken Alfredo pasta is much better than the previous version! Pros- great customer service and cheap eats make it worth the visit for carryout! We typically get thin crust pepperoni w extra cheese- excellent carry out special AND food is fresh and delicious!! 10 out of 10 recommend this location on Boniface- thanks!!

Fast service. The food was ready on time. The food was delicious and hot. Made for an easy night at home with the family when I didn’t feel like cooking. The app is how i placed my order and it was easy to do and its a great way to order because then u can login to the Pizza Hut Rewards program and get points on every purchase. Redeeming rewards is easy too, the rewards levels get you free breadsticks, med pizza, med pizza +2 toppings, Large pizza etc. They have Deals everyday available to claim on the App or Online, the prices are so good. I saved so much last time that I decided to splurge and get a dessert item too which was cinnamon sticks w/ extra Icing... YUM YUM YUM. Im addicted now lol. The service was good at the store front she was quick and polite. I will come back and I recommend anyone wanting Pizza or pasta to give them a try. Hope this Helps

Ordered the cheesecake tonight as I have a few times before. Someone was a little heavy handed with the seasonings shaker on top it was alot and the pizza didn't take like before
