Kfc - Americus

I give multiple chances to most drive thrus before i decide to no longer use them. Today was last straw. Ordered 2 fill up boxes. Told to pull up and park no chicken ready. 35 minutes and i was late to pick up my daughter. Get home and missing half my order and no one answers phone. Number just says no voicemail set up. $42 order and it was a rip off. The service has disappeared at this location.

Nealia has a smart mouth. I wasn’t aware you were being paid to give out attitude with the food! I told the attendant at the drive-thru that I had ordered my drink without ice. She proceeded to tell that I was somehow incorrect, but that she would “fix it anyway”. As if I should be grateful when she didn’t hear me! Close your mouth and fix my drink Nealia!!

Food was ok, but the service wasn't. Took over 50 minutes for my daughter to get her food, and an hour for me to get mine. We weren't the only ones. Others were waiting 40+ minutes on their orders.

Chicken sandwich was fresh, hot. 2 PC chicken fresh, hot and juicy.

The service was to slow could not get everyone orders correct. Just could not understand what was going on.
