Crave Cafe Catering - American Canyon

We go for the Boba because it's really the only place in the neighborhood that makes it. I ordered lumps twice, was not crispy and was a little oily. Like the oil wasn't hot enough. The staff is nice, but order ahead if you can take how order can take. Crave is a popular place among young people.

Note: I accidentally deleted my last review, which was given 2 stars in a shell and perhaps should have been even less. This experience was not the best to summarize it. But that was then, and this is now... The service was great this time! And the cashier and the staff were A! Unlike the fact that they were not great size for the sluts, the menu was on point! Nice to have gone back after the last experience to be able to update and give 5 stars!

$9.45 for a super sad part of Mongolian beef rice plate with three piles of rice w/ an egg. Customer service is also not good and in advance called for 5:30 pickup, but the food was not ready until 5:45. Would recommend.

This place is polite, but deorganized. Your menu of the available items was not up to date (even if they were not open until noon) which caused a reorder and a long waiting period, the order was missing items, and the portion sizes were small, besides pots of pure steamed rice. Could be better if management has more details.

I just got my food order via Door Dash!! I had 5 containers placed in one flimsy plastic bag, and the two bottom containers were crushed!! You would think the servers who packed the order would use their brains by not stuffing all the containers in one bag!! My God!! Was it because they were rushing? It took two hours for me to receive my order!! I?m not happy at all!!
