Subway - Amarillo

They made our order wrong, they had no ice cream for our drinks, guys at the counter couldn't find a beverage carrier. Filthy Square, crushed sandwiches, even the Doritos were all broken as if they simply plant them on the rack without care. We won't miss this place. Horrid service.

I don't care if people get sick. He always says what's going on and he owns the 34th and Georgia and the I 40 and Washington, and that the one who has become sick, that I have received so-called calls that tell me about it.

Usually I am very happy with this subway. Today... not at all. Ordered a 6 inch turkey bacon cali because the picture saw delish. At first they were from avocado with which I was okay, but then there was so little turkey on my sandwich I had to bologna (because that was what I had on my hand) to add to my sandwich when I got home to get taste? My hubby has the steak cheese with the same problems... very small portions of steak on bread? You pay fair prices for sandwiches, you expect them to come with meat. Very disappointed today

6/2/21 we entered at 8:40 to be greeted with a hand in our face saying to leave they’re closed. I frequent this Subway their hrs are posted, they close at 9PM. My friend, who has been in law enforcement asked for the franchise owners name number. The long story short in minutes we were surrounded by the employees family approximately 15 other strangers they had called. There were threats of beating the out of my friend, we were called a plethora of names. After the owners name was received we left, he was out of town btw, but shows up as we’re trying to leave. The police asked for video to be pulled, isn’t it odd they weren’t working. As we tried to leave we had groups of people in our faces yelling obscenities. The owner of the franchise at the time we left had minimum 15-20 inside that were prepared to defend the stores behavior. They were not witness to anything. I’m shaken still this morning, The location is considered the more affluent, near the historic downtown neighborhood.

Very upset I went to go to Subway for my lunch during my work day just to find out that it's closed but all the lights inside are on and now I don't have lunch on a Friday at 2PM
