Leal's Mexican - Amarillo

So I was visiting Amarillo on business and I had a craving for Mexican food for lunch. I knew Leal's was close and my car just pulled me into the parking lot without hesitating. I went inside and immediately was seated. And normally 1 person gets seated by the kitchen but I was very pleased I was seated in the front room. The young lady that waited on me was very busy and was so polite with a smile on her face the entire time. I usually order Quesadillas wherever I go but decided to get something I'd never had. I have to say the Crispy Avocado was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I love avocado and have cooked fried avocado for caterings but had never had them covered with shredded brisket. Oh and the Hatch green chili queso was to die for. Oh and not let me forget the fruit salsa. Omgoodness I just had the BEST meal ever!! There was more than enough food on my plate and of course I brought it home, then ate for my midnight meal. Wonderful!!

Thank you Leal's, you did an amazing job catering my daughters wedding last weekend. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing as always. Thank you for everything!

Great Mexican food friendly staff my favorite is the stuffed sopapilla

The service was phenominal and they house margarita was one of the best. They had a lovley happy hour and my boyfriend was amazed at how cold his beer was.

I went with a large group on Sunday morning. They quickly accommodated us. Our server was absolutely fantastic! Every request we made, she happily complied. We didn't run out of chips or drinks (we all know how super important that is!)The food, as always, was wonderful!
