Starbucks - Alvin

I came here to get a cookie crumble coffee that I ordered through the app and I got a notification that it was ready for me to pick up. When I got there, the employees hadn’t even started on it and I kept asking where is my coffee and they said we haven’t started it yet. I told them that it says on the app and the girl was giving me attitude about it. I waited there about 10 minutes and I was very outraged by what they did by not having my coffee ready on time and I clearly ordered it through the app. I would not recommend anyone to order their coffee here. This is by far the worst Starbucks we’ve ever been to. Drinks are consistently made incorrectly and typically have to go inside to ask them to re-make it or money back. Went back a few times thinking it may have just been a fluke however every time we go there is an issue with the order. The drinks they make speak volumes as to how workers care about their job and the reputation they leave at this store in particular. Would rather drive 20 min to go to a different location than this one down the street. Hey guys, do better. My daughter love's this stuff. Every time we are out she ask for it. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My daughter loves this place!!! I can't say much about the food we only come here for the coffee. delicious Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I'm just confused on why everyone is so unfriendly here. You go to other Starbucks and the customer service is on point. When I get here NO ONE greets me when I walk in, no one says thank you have a nice day, they just act like no one exists. I really hope management addresses this soon. Also, no one puts the cardboard circles on the drink for you and when I went to get one myself, the box they were in was packed so full I had to pick it up to forcibly pull one out. When I put the box back down i almost knocked the whole container of straws over. So unnecessary and avoidable. I hope all these people working here get some better incentive or training ‍
