Traveling through the area, stopped in for a light lunch, was feeling nostalgic, ordered a grilled cheese, fries and a coke. Best grilled cheese I have had in years. She gave me a bowl of peach cobbler for free. I hate to admit it but I think it was better than am aunt's. Go visit.

I’m giving it a 4 because it’s a good hamburger joint with most excellent onion rings. Wanted steak fingers but they were out. Small mom and pop place.

Help got order messed up, fish was good but fries were fried in stale Grease and tasted terrible, couldn't eat them.Service was slow to say the least. They need someone with more snap taking the orders.

My wife and I spent a weekend in Huntington Texas, the 4 hour drive back was clearly to much for us and we had to stop and eat. I literally just chose the Apple map option to add a stop and this was the closest place en route. God clearly was looking down on us at that time. Today was the first day to reopen the dining rooms and oh my god. Black owned, soul food, southern food, straight glee in my mouth the entire meal. I got the Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and MacNCheese. Wife got the Smother Porkchops, Yams, and Green Beans. Plates were cleaned.

I had a burger and fries they were delicious and fresh and hot I love the covid precautions also.
