Dinner on 12/15/2023. Cenisia district, rather inconvenient for parking. Cozy atmosphere, like an old Piola, with modest availability of seats; tables not far apart, given the small amount of space available, and acoustic comfort, consequently, only discreet. Well-made Piedmontese cuisine (with some license, such as tuna artichokes): traditional green anchovies, tajarin, available in both the sausage and anchovy versions, the tripe is impeccable and delicious. The port tiramisu is good. Attention, the salami offered at the beginning of dinner was appreciated. Adequate wine list. Quick and courteous service. Adequate account. Rating: 8.5
