Cold Stone Creamery - Altamonte Springs

There was nothing mixed into the ice cream … all of the ingredients were missing! It was just plain ice cream! This is the second time in a row my order has been messed up!

Overall, I had a good experience at this restaurant. The ice cream was delicious, but I was disappointed with the frozen, hard, bitter strawberries on top. I think using room temperature fruits for the toppings would have been a better choice. However, this is just my opinion.

Oh dear, be prepared to spend a lot of money because this restaurant is very expensive. Considering the price, you would expect the food to have a magical taste, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. It's just decent ice cream with a high price tag. The staff is friendly and we didn't have to wait long to be served.
