Safeway Willowbrook

I often shop in that supermarket, but the service of the cashier today was really intolerable. Today, there were two cash registers available. I stood at the first one with only two customers in front of me, but the cashier was extremely impatient and asked me to move to the second one. When I arrived at the second checkout counter, there were also two customers waiting in line. In the process of checking out, I noticed that the first cashier was making small talk with the customer service agent in front of me. The reason why I choose to visit this supermarket every time is because of its excellent service, but now it seems that I will not need to visit it in the future.

Good quality products, nice display, professional and friendly staff always open to assist with a smile. New employees well trained adopting positive approach. Thank you and bravo!

Custom cake was delicious! I bought one for my kids birthday. Will definitely be my go to for cakes from now on! The whipped icing is super light and not too sweet!

Best Safeway I have been to! I went in to buy a bouquet of flowers and they have a lot of choices.

Food was well priced, how ever Waiting 15 minutes for the butcher was more then I could stand, finally left with no meat
