Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Ordered blocking page collection and my order was completely wrong! The burgers were not made as I ordered and burned. The mozzarella sticks were completely hollow. The manager named Natalie thought my complaint was funny and refused to help.

I have previously written an evaluation of this place for a waiter's incident, spilling water over me and not clearing it up or offering me help. I didn't write it in the name of my brother who just left yesterday. He ordered online, he came there and they tried to tell him he already picked up. He did?t and turns out that a grub hub delivery person most likely picked up the wrong order and took his food. After he convinced them that he didn't pick up his food, he had to wait for them to come back. He comes home, takes a little bite of chicken and it's pure raw. This seems almost like retaliation to make his food again, and could lead to bad salmonella poisoning. This place is absolute garbage and literally trying to make people sick. Don't go there.

When we arrived there, we said the waiting time was 20 minutes for 2. We waited 45 minutes for placement. Once the waitress sat on our drinks order and disappeared. I was able to flag them after ten minutes to let them know we wanted to order food. We weren't checked. We didn't even get our ticket. We experienced the worse service ever!!

Two times we've been here recently and both times they were GREAT. Service was excellent, with friendly staff, and food was hot and as we ordered it. The dishes and drinks are delicious, and we go back. I'm usually not a big fan of national chain restaurants, but this Red Robin does it right.

I can't remember the last time I had a burger that's good. We eat extremely hot food however there was absolutely no heat but the flavor was good. Very casual atmosphere for a good date night. We will definitely be back again. Service was great!
