Mcdonald's - Albuquerque

We said that the cactus box was again on Sunday (today, so my roommates made an order for three boxes for picking up board, but they marked the order as delivered and never came out. then we sat in the drive waiting for almost ten to fifteen minutes to talk to someone at the window. the woman worked very rude. they didn't have the boxes first, but they didn't even have toys in (after all this is more expensive than just order a big Mac meal. When we pointed out that she wasn't in the bag, she got mad at us and claimed they were in the bag, which they weren't disappointed. we also have the same toy. but this whole experience made what was once an exciting prospect; really disappointing for the three of us. Do not order this meal in the app. I say, call ahead if you want the full experience of recurring nostalgia.

This is not the best damn hair salon in the ABQ. Seven hues is over in the corner by the safe store. Yee Haw! McDonalds sucks!

We went here for 2 cokes and we ended up with a diet coke and a dr pepper and they didnt even ask if we wanted a reciept so we couldnt even get the problem corrected. The cashier was rude and blunt not a pleasant experience and a waste of money especially for the increase in price

Order my coffee vanilla iced coffee 3 extra vanilla and 3 extra cream when I called bc it was sugar free the lady said we Discontinued vanilla why was that not mentioned at the window when I ordered then I called back and now number is sending me straight to voicemail

Staff is great, good quick service, better than average McDonalds. The poor employees aren't paid nearly enough though for the amount of stress they must deal with, so 1 star for abysmal performance by ownership. Treat your staff better.
