Pizza Hut - Albany

Albany Pizza hut offers great pizzas at a valuable price and very pleasant staff to provide you with your order. I strongly recommend them!

Lately dominos has been taking +2 hours literally to deliver pizza I’ve ordered from there 3 times and each time the pizza was wrong and took a very long time to get to me. So I decided I would order from Pizza Hut, delivered within 30 min and the order was perfect, I will be purchasing Pizza Hut from now on.

Blah! Ordered two pizzas and a Cinnabon desert. Delivery was very FAST so that is why it gets 2-stars instead of one. The pizza's were hot, but the one with extra cheese, the cheese was not melted and cooked through. The sauce was all sugar, candysweet and hard to eat. Is this new? If so, it's a bad idea unless it's Pizza for kids. It was not worth eating, but it wasnearly 8pm and we were hungry so we ate a 1/2 a pizza and tossed out 1 and 1/2 pizzas. I can't see any way of saving them withbad sauce. Now something that should be sweet the Cinnabon Rolls were sweet, but that's not cinnabon dough. It's likecongealed paste and could be modified pizza dough. Nothing like what you get at Cinnabon stores our outlets. Not sure whatthat was. I remember when we used to go to Pizza Hut and sit down and order a Pizza, have a salad before hand, and the pizzawould come out HOT and it was an exciting event for a unique family treat. I guess pizza hut is like a twinkie. I remember Iliked them as a kid, but tasted one recently and either the recipe changed or I have. I guess we outgrew Pizza Hut. Sad to sayeven Dominos is better. So goes life, and goodbye to Pizza Hut. Not sure who your audience is anymore, maybe kids under 16?

Good service even though they didn't have many people working. They completed their mission and I'm happy

Don't ever call in your order, because you will get treated like garbage. Called once to ask about the delivery fee, got attitude immediately and canceled the order. Called a second time to correct the address because the online ordering got itwrong. Got treated like garbage. Will excitedly come back to eat here when they fire some of their worst people.
