Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Alameda

Giving this place a 5 because of an employee name Amy The food is ok but Amy's customer service skills are top notch.

The customer service at this place is non existent. The food is not bad, It was my every-other-week lunch spot on my days off but unfortunately I will not be going back. I went in today to order food to go but got kicked out because I had my dog with me,they didn?t even ask if it was a service animal (which he is). I'm not surprised this place has awful reviews, they don?t t knowwhat they?re doing.

Being born and raised in Hawaii living in the Bay area this gave me my plate lunch fix! The combo with bbq chicken and katsu was awesome! Along with the self serve katsu sauce was nice! No need to drive to SF or Milpitas for L&L

Hawaiian food never disappoints. I got the number 1 plate. Teriyaki chicken was nice and tender and well seasoned. Experience was what you would expect though. Servers were nice but tables were sticky.

First time eating here, pleasantly surprised how good the food was, got the Hawaiian BBQ Mix. Generous portions, well seasoned and grilled, good rice (right amount of sticky, not too dry), lots of cooked cabbage which i appreciated, only thing I might request is more zing to the macaroni salad. Would definitely eat here again. ??Food: 5/5
