Tbh, I love it! eating was fresh and simply cooked and the taste was perfect alhamdulillāh. . that wait was a little long esp if they really are hungry and want to eat asap

Food was good much better than any other fast food, service is slower than my metabolism rate

The food is good not so good but good. The place is the problem

This is possibly the most awful visit I 've had to a restaurant. Allow me to illustrate some of the points that I found revolting: 1. The gangwiches which are exhibited on the menu were unavailable, thus forcing us to choose items that we didn 't intend to choose. 2. There was no ketchup, which was an absolute disgrace to this restaurant.(what sort of fast food chains don 't have ketchup?! Even the cheapest fast food chains offer complimentary ketchup with any order). 3. The food took 45 minutes to get to us and there was only one other table with a couple of people whilst we were present in the restaurant, it would be a joke to consider Cook Door a fast food chain . 4. There was no water in the bathroom which came as no surprise, since our level of expectation declined throughout the time of our visit. 5. One of my friends ordered a double cheese burger. I and two of my other friends ordered the Z Burger. When the food arrived we were shocked to find that the double cheeseburger barely even has cheese, and the Z Burger which allegedly claimed to be filled with cheese, was surprisingly superficially smeared with a disgraceful amount of cheese and a slightly burnt piece of burger that was disproportionate to the bun. I was completely infuriated, my friends implored me not to have an argument with the manager, since they were students that had no breakfast and had just gotten out from an exam. In conclusion: I would never go to nor recommend such a pitiful restaurant with such appalling service, and I strongly encourage people to avoid paying this restaurant a visit at all costs. I feel utterly robbed, I paid 80 pounds for absolute rubbish.

The place was a disaster. Due to shoddy advertisment, the double cheeseburger should contain as you would expect cheeeeessse but there were no cheese, no ketchup, and I was shocked that there was no water in toilet but to be fair must say that the beef was good.
