Dined at the Bounce Innovation Hub location and had the Cuban sandwich. Best Cuban in the area that uses pulled pork!! Their house made mustards and pickles are there as well on this sandwich. So good!!

I was looking for a place to spend an hour and needed something to go with my coffee. Unfortunately, they didn't have the pastry I was looking for and I wasn't in the mood for a cookie. The server suggested a bagel with cream cheese, which turned out to be a great choice. The medium roast coffee was perfect for someone like me who isn't a coffee connoisseur. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff enthusiastically answered my questions about the restaurant's history. I never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I plan on returning during my stay in Akron when I have some free time to spare.
