Kfc - Ahmedabad

Pathetic, i had chosen combo which already they are showing on display, which they refused to accept the order saying beverage is not available if you select the combo. however cold drink was mentioned in combo) You need to order each thing separate thn you will have cold drink.... What is the point thn not given with combo. I think it is their strategy to sale everything separate thats how you have to pay 3 times higher which you suppose to get in combo in 400rs. Very bad way to get more money from customer.

Food is ok but this outlet doesn't give the original feel of KFC. Sitting is very congested. Service is not that much good. Its my second time. The issue was same. My order came after 20 min so i asked for 7 min offer. So they are trying to ignore. After so many discussions they give me free peace of chicken. That is so bad i had no energy for fight so i just had my dinner and take off. Staff is not good not responding well. This issue is not only with prahladnagar outlet, science city outlet is also similar. So this is last time i went to KFC Ahmedabad. KFC franchise you need to work on this. Ahmedabad is a matro city and scenario like this. KFC please take care of your brand value legacy.

As soon as we entered there they told us that its only takeaway and its only 10:15PM only one queue is working for ordering and ot took 20 minutes till order. Then after done ordering he said 15-20 minutes you have to wait. I said my order is already ready yiu just need to pack it up and give it to me then he said sir itne saare order hai aapse pehle pehle unka banega fir me aapko de sakta hu bhale hi aapka ready ho. I said thanda ho jayega. He dont even care to give answer for that. Pathetic service they had their AC off. Pathetic experiance we had faced there.

Good food! But its so pathetic that they dont have a single option for cold drink. Atleast could provide normal mineral water. Its the store's responsibility to arrange the stock. Its really difficult to eat KFC without drinking water. Twice I have noticed that Combo options are taking more than half n hour the staff insisting not to chose that suggests single items which finally becomes costlier less in terms of quantity compared to combo items.

You get and test burgers there and good parking makes your gutter more relaxed. You have some delicious varieties in the Thier menu even the Veg menu is delicious.
