Buccaneer Lounge - Agawam

Very disappointed in the service. It started out nice with a quick beer and menu and then nothingness. No follow through, no order taken. The menu looked good but I will never know. The day lady was too busy with the exit plan and the night lady was too busy eating behind the bar, texting and only taking care of the locals. Had to flag her down to show her the very empty beer glass. The beer selection was good as was the popcorn. I noticed not one soul was eatinganything from the kitchen. Hmmm... everything happens for a reason.

Literally every time I go here to get food it?s wrong and they always add some thing or leave something out. Service/food is pathetic ????

My home town favorite bar has great people atmosphere the food is phenomenal..

When I was young, this was known as the Buc and Blood, not anymore, great food, great waitress, great place to eat
