Today was our first meal out since coronavirus shut everything down. This was a perfect choice, the food was awesome!! We had his Wuhan Wild Wings and they were awesome. Topped that off with Key Lime pie. Everything was wonderful. People you need to support this local restaurant. It’s totally the bomb!! Thank you!

I found Shaun’s cooking to be a medley of creative flavors. The fish tacos I had were very filling! The vegetables he used for the pico de Gallo and the coleslaw were obviously fresh. And the homemade horchata is through-the-roof DELICIOUS. Best I’ve ever had in my life. My husband had the firecracker chicken, which is kind of hard to imagine just going off of the name, but it was very tender, flavorful chicken topped with homemade sweet (but mild! sriracha sauce. This is served with a sweet coleslaw. But, I stole a little chicken and combined it with some cilantro-lime rice, and this island girl was VERY happy! The restaurant is very clean. The ambiance was relaxed. I hope you’ll go there and obtain your own impressions of Shaun’s creative cooking! Look for the yellow door next to the elkhorn arch!

This is not run-of-the-mill restaurant food . The flavors are amazing. My favorite so far is the pineapple fajita bowl. But I haven't tried everything yet.

We had the Pineapple Fajita Boats tonight and a slice of Key Lime Pie. It was awesome! We will be ordering again soon!

I’ve had Shaun’s food before but this was my first time trying the Cuban sandwich. They were fantastic, lots of flavor. Attention to detail. Plenty of food. Highly recommend!
