Corky's Chicken Shack - Addison

This place is very overrated. Not really a shack. Can't eat in and expect a long wait on your chicken 25 minutes even tho I called 10 minutes before. The chicken was crisp and tender but so obviously brined they were a salt bomb. 3 times the price of jewel's chicken with little difference in taste. I ordered an individual side of coleslaw and potato salad. Insanely small portions for a paid add on. About 1.5 Oz each. Might be a ok catering business, but I won't be having a shack attack again any time soon.

Ordered chicken dinner, wings look like they were from a sparrow, Breast was very tough like it died from old age. Very disappointed. C’mon how hard is it to sell quality chicken. Oh I know let’s blame COVID!

Just tried for the first time, and I have to say I'm very impressed! Tenders were crispy and juicy, coleslaw tangy and flavorful, and sauces were bomb! New favorite chicken stop? New favorite chicken stop.

Love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich!! It’s very flavorful, pairs well with the fried Mac and cheese balls. Women behind counter very friendly.

Fantastic fried chicken, stumbled on the place on lunch break, super small and hard to get parking but great chicken!
