Red Carpet - Adams

We stopped in on a Friday night for dinner. Seated quickly and drinks were served. Fried haddock, spaghetti, steak tips and Shepard's pie. All were served hot and done well. My only complaint; The Shepard's pie was the size of a bowl of soup..for $11! I asked the waitress if I got the lunch size by mistake. She said no , there's only one size and do I want another.. Skipped dessert.. $68 for the four of us. We've eaten here before and will return, I just won't have the Shepard's pie and neither should you!! Above average diner food..

Have been a few times . Seems the food has changed. I don't think it's a great value Service definitely not as good.

This is my favorite place to go for breakfast. Great food, friendly staff,family atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Never have I not been satisfied when dining at the Red Carpet. Would recommend this place to family friends and anyone visiting the area.

We thought we venture out to try out a new restaurant for breakfast located in Adams, Ma.-Round trip equaled 30 miles. We were looking for the diner feel and the Red Carpet met that. Of course the waitress asked if we wanted coffee in which she brought it shortly and the went elsewhere. At this point we hadn't read the menu yet. While preparing our coffee and adding the 1/2 and1/2 the coffee looked and tasted weak/watery. Soon after the waitress appeared and asked my wife what she'd like and then I ordered for myself. After she went off to place our order the coffee was not good tasting. After reexamining, I noticed that the the 1/2 and 1/2 was plain milk. I politely called the waitress back and asked her if she served us milk instead of cream or 1/2 and 1/2. She said yes. She offered to bring back the 1/2and 1/2. When she returned she had a paper(ketchup)side order cup half full of 1/2 and 1/2.(about 2 tsp's) Apparently, the didn't want us to reorder more coffee! It turns out the cook/chef got involved at some point and gave her a hard time about us asking for the replacement. The meal was good! When it was time to leave my wife was line by lining the charges and noticed they charged us an additional .25 for that 1/2 and 1/2. Oh, and by the waitress did not the not put in my wife's full order and said she would go back and order it in which we declined seeing our meal was over. This case isn't anything about a quarter! It's just about the principal! Too many good restaurants out there. Closer too!

This place is great! The food tasted home cooked and was very good. The staff there is very friendly and nice. I would suggest this place to anyone visiting the area!
