Mcdonald's - Aberdeen

Every time we go to McDonald's we have to wait on our food. For quarter pounder and 20 piece nuggets.

Because they always say that their ice cream machine is broke but, in reality they just don’t wanna clean the ice cream machine so they tell people that it’s not working and that’s ridiculous it’s called

It was very smooth without anyone involved until the order is served. I had option to use kiosk or order online. I dined in peacefully alone and enjoyed the meal

Waited first off for 10 minutes till someone was ready to order through drive through. Another car pulled up outside lane and they were giving their order while we still waited for our order to be taken. So I pulled around to cashier window and she was totally confused. Seems there is no proper training these days and no one knows what customer service means.McDonalds should hire me as a consultant to visit their locations and rate what they could and need to do yo be the McDonalds I once new . I used to look forward to eating out, I certainly do not anymore. It’s like someone threw the switch and everything and everyone is operating in clueless mode. Unless it’s an emergency and so need good now, don’t plan on me being a loyal customer

Stopped in while driving through. I like the McDonald’s cheeseburger because it is consistent. You get the same blending of ketchup, pickles, onions, salt, and beef anywhere in the world. This cheeseburger was inconsistent. No ketchup, but mustard was added. Also, an egregious amount of salt and pepper were put on the patty when it was cooked such that my kids wouldn’t eat it. It was so bad I took it ba k in the restaurant. The one good thing was that management was accommodating and replaced the cheese burgers. However the new ones were still made wrong using mustard instead of ketchup.
