Bidrage med feedbackWe contacted the company in autumn 2020 because they were advertised in the magazine from idea to finished garden and it sounded interesting because we have a new building plot available. E-mailed her and got an answer that she would contact a garden designer and then nothing happens. Call again after 2 months and get the same answer that they contact a garden designer. Your slogan From the idea to the finished garden feels misleading in this phase, because they do not have the idea of gardening as a service. We come into contact with a garden architect who is currently not working for Ahrling Östinge, and the planning is progressing with the help of the garden architect. In early February 2021 the garden architect presents the garden drawing to Ahrling Östlinge. Then it will be quiet again from the side of Ahlring Östinge. I'll call Ahrling Östinge in early March 2021 and ask for garden work for our property. The company reacts that they did not find our lot when you drive in our area. Wondered by the answer and the non-calanze, not even try to find help Santa, I send an email with a picture of a map where Santa is and hope to hear from them. Total silence from the company again. We have not engaged them because we do not get an answer from them and will not appeal to them when they wake up at each stage and contact them.

I was honored to practice a few weeks at Ahrling Östinge. Since I myself am an entrepreneur, currently studying in horticulture and operating a company, I want to share a few words. Maybe someone's helping to make a decision. Traditionally managed company with an excellent multi-competent workforce. Recommended for your customers who appreciate the properly executed work and real service. I learned a lot from you, thank you.
We hired Ahrling Östinge for a large garden project in May 2019. They accepted an agreement as general contractor for the project, including clearing, earthwork, plaster, planting, laying cable for water and electricity, purchasing materials, building pergola, fence, etc. Over a few weeks we were informed that the price would be 80% more expensive than agreed, despite the fact that there were drawings about everything and the company had previously accepted a quote with a detailed budget. Then the work went very slowly. The garden looked like a bunch of dirt for weeks. One of the explanations was that instead of using larger machines, the days, they used smaller machines that took weeks, a consultant explained us after. The company was bad when reading and understanding blueprints. They made a number of simple mistakes like using thin plastic pipes for cables, so they broke under the pressure of the ground mass (the lawn had to be excavated) and they forgot to lay cables before they dig again. A pergola that a carpenter could build in a few days took more than a week to complete. The workers were really nice, but that helps. My impression of the company is that they have a business model based on the bill of a large number of hours, but that they do not have the responsibility for the whole. We later realized that we had to introduce other contractors to complete the work. These were cheaper, more professional and above all much faster. That said, I think the company is good for excavation, gypsum and lawn, but I would not use it for other tasks. Make sure you have a detailed written agreement before you start. Apparently our oral agreement wasn't enough and we didn't want to fight. The final result is now large, but 40% more expensive than budgeted and we used a lot of our own time that was not the idea, so we were looking for a general contractor. Ahrling Östinge was fully paid for 60% of the work. My advice for anyone who starts a bigger garden project is that you are trying to find some local guys / businesses that could feel a greater responsibility. If you live in a smaller town, the craftsmen are also more concerned about their reputation. This variant worked well for us.
Very easy to work with Rolf and staff. They are focused on making sure it goes well and come up with ideas during the work! They responded quickly if you had comments! The schedule was also kept and the work did not drag on. We are very happy with our new garden!
