Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. What I got was a burnt bagel. Whole top of bagel was burnt.

This doesn't even deserve a star, these employees are rude! Couldn't even get an order correct, food is horrible, sloppy and they make 15.00 for what!?!?! I won't be going to this dunkin anymore, the north plank one is the best!

Rude, obnoxious, criticizing and talks about you while you are standing there. No problem at other DD in the area and asked for the same thing the same way. Feel like they made my food poorly in spite. The other DD’s will get my service, other people I know won’t go to this one either. What a shame Hope the manager themself can understand and have employees trained.
