Bidrage med feedbackWhile driving on Route 9 with a growling stomach, I came across the sign for Fu Fu Ramen and decided to drop in without hesitation. There were all sorts of tempting options on the menu, but in the end I decided to order the Taiwan ramen. The noodles were medium thickness and easy to eat, with a soup that was spicy but also had a hint of sweetness and delicious umami flavor. I would like to try the Barikoku Shoyu ramen next time, but I don't often come this way, so I will be sure to remember to come back when I do.
I will update my previous review. I decided to try the Negi Shio ramen. The noodles were straight and the soup was light. Since it's a light dish, it might be good to try this kind of ramen as the weather warms up. It is topped with green onions and leeks, so it is recommended for those who enjoy these toppings.
I often pass by this restaurant late at night, and although I tend to arrive late, there are still some customers coming in and out. The pickled ginger and spicy mustard greens are served in small jars for you to eat as you please. Personally, I found the mustard greens to be not very spicy and lacking in flavor.
