Sì Jì - 対馬市

I visited a restaurant located in the center of the island, and although I had tried to go in November, it was fully booked on that day. I was looking forward to visiting again and finally got the chance during lunch on a weekday. I ordered a regular set meal without much information, opting for the pork loin ginger stir-fry set. There were about 5-6 lunch options ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 yen. While I thought it would be a typical ginger stir-fry, it was different from any I had tried before. The thickness of the meat and the richness of the sauce were truly exceptional.

Lunch time! Tried the deep-fried scallops. It was a generous portion and had a nice crunchy texture. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. I had a great experience.

I had heard that the kimchi hot pot was delicious, and after trying it, I was convinced. It was incredibly flavorful and made me feel warm inside. I highly recommend it for everyone to try. I didn't even get to the ramen. I will definitely go back again.
