らーめん Jiā Zhèng Zāng

This soy sauce ramen is the epitome of simplicity, but I was moved after taking a sip of the soup. There are various types of ramen out there, but I believe this simple soy sauce ramen may be one of the best. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent, leaving me completely satisfied. I highly recommend this ramen shop in Kochi.

I was curious about this restaurant because it was located along the national road. The miso ramen was very easy to eat, and the yakimeshi had a generous portion and a simple yet delicious flavor that became more pronounced as I chewed. The staff's "aiyo!" strangely fit in well with the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Located along the national highway near Yasii Park, Ramen Shop Masakura is a cozy eatery that will make you want to come back again and again. Their voluminous ramen with thin noodles is outstanding, and their side dishes are also delicious. Please note that their regular holidays have changed since the summer of 2019 to Mondays, and the first and third Tuesdays of the month. They also offer great time-limited deals. Due to the recent increase in fuel and food costs, prices have gone up slightly as of February 2022. Despite that, it's still a restaurant worth visiting.

初めての利用でランチの味噌ラーメンを頂きました。 ニンニクが効いていて、食後数時間満足感を得ることができました。 ほかの仲間は醤油、塩のラーメンを頂いていました。ニンニクが苦手であれば、その二種類がおすすめです。

お昼に寄りました。醤油ラーメンの定食を頼みましたが、ラーメンはやや塩ラーメンに近い醤油薄めのあっさりとした優しい味でしたが出汁はちゃんと効いていてクセになる味だと思います。 何より驚いたのは定食の充実っぷり。内容は日によって変わるかもしれませんが、ご飯にお漬物、小ぶりのトンカツ3切れにはキャベツの千切りがセット。二個の小鉢には肉じゃが、ちくわの磯辺揚げとラーメン無くてもミニランチで成立してしまってる 笑 ラーメンの定食は野菜が少ない事が多いですがこの店は栄養バランスも味も素晴らしい。しかもこれだけ充実してるのに値段が900円。コスパ的にも満足でした。
